2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.

2.2 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your safari package. It is your responsibility to review the information and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the email address provided on our website.

3.2 Cancellation charges apply as follows:

24 hours or more before the safari date: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).

Less than 24 hours before the safari date: No refund.

3.3 No-shows will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be provided.

4. Amendments and Changes

4.1 Any amendments to your booking must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled safari date.

4.2 Approval of amendments is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.1 DesertSafari.ai and Betterview Tourism LLC are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during activities booked through our platform.

5.2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet the health and fitness requirements for the chosen activities. Guests who are pregnant or have a history of neck,

back, or any other injuries must notify us at the time of booking so that we can take necessary steps to ensure their safety.

5.3 While we strive to provide accurate information, DesertSafari.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the website.

6. Travel Documents

6.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including valid identification and visas (if required).

6.2 DesertSafari.ai will not be responsible for denied entry or participation due to insufficient travel documents.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 DesertSafari.ai shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
